Beauty treatments
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full treatment cost.
Permanent makeup
A non-refundable £75 deposit is required. Rescheduling at least 7 days before the appointment allows the deposit to transfer to the new date. Later changes may forfeit the deposit.
Opening hours
Tuesday–Friday: 9 am–6 pm; Saturday: 9 am–2 pm. Mondays and late-night appointments may be available on request.
